Refund & Cancellation Policy

At emmakennytv.com, each product is custom printed on demand, which means all sales are final.

• No refunds or cancellations are available once an order has been placed, unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

• If your order arrives with a fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will either:

  • Provide a replacement free of charge, or

  • Issue a refund where a replacement is not possible.

• Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (unless significantly extended beyond our stated timeframe)
